October is here and we're on the countdown to Owen's first birthday, just 37 days!! We decorated the house for halloween, started picking out costumes and have a calendar filled with fall fun for the month. Last Saturday we went to Bluffton's Beer & Brats festival and had a blast, Catie especially loved the gigantic inflatable slide! Then Sunday we took the kids to the beach and had some kite flying fun. Be sure to check out the pics!

Catie is still loving preschool and doing so well. She loves cutting, gluing and playing with all her new friends. She's very excited for trick or treating and has chosen to dress up as Little Red Riding Hood. Owen is growing so fast and still has his reddish hair, which is a nice surprise! He's cruising all over holding on to furniture, eating just table food now with his 4 little teeth and babbling a ton. He's such a happy one and thinks everything is funny, not sure if that's a good thing though, lol!
