Oh Miss Independence should be Cate's nickname! She wants to do everything all by herself now, which I suppose is a good thing. The poor cat gets chased all day and the dogs get told to eat, she loves feeding the dogs. Oh the girl makes us laugh! Well, we finally got the wood for our new livingroom floors, hope the installers call soon. Next we will order our new furniture, which I am so excited about since it's leather, much easier to clean. Cate's been chatting away and saying a lot of phrases now like, "Here you go", oh she is so funny! I weighed her at the vet's office today and she was still 26 lbs., must just be getting taller because she can reach the stair railing pretty well now. Oh our baby is growing!
Oh Labor Day means fall is around the corner, my favorite season!! We harvested our cukes and have plans to add them to a yummy salad this week. Catie was pretty excited to see them and has been eyeing them up. We ordered our new floors for the livingroom, hoping this will help my allergies. Cate has been battling her incisors, hope they pop soon for her sanity and ours. She has really been a big girl this weekend eating her first apple and corn on the cob all by herself. She also has been quite clear she wants to sit in a big chair at restaurants, my baby is growing into a little girl!! Be sure to check out her latest pics.
Cate turned 20 Months yesterday!! She has been amazing us with her learning each and everyday. Lately she has been following simple directions and using more 2 & 3 word phrases, such a "I love you". Oh she melts our hearts. Her incisor teeth has been bothering her and we're hoping they pop soon, poor girl. We just had a new Baby Gap outlet open here, My Mom & I have already splurged on some adorable outfits for Cate's fall/winter wardrobe. We figure she should be a size 18-24m and size 5 shoe by then, oh my baby is growing!! Cate's ladybug halloween costume came in the mail yesterday, she was so cute & excited!! I added just a few pics....
