Oh we're just enjoying the lazy days of summer! Catie is learning more everyday and growing like a weed! She's a great helper and is always there helping us clean, she especially likes to collect & pick up things for us. Of course her true love is the vacuum cleaner and all the attachments keep her quite busy! We've been working on a lot of house projects and also waiting the arrival of my parents. Hoping the move goes well and easy for everyone. I added a few pics of Catie in action!
Catie is now 19 months! We've had a lot going on, including our dishwasher blowing a hose and a nice flood into the sunroom. Oh well, I ordered a new Kenmore dishwasher from Sears, hopefully they will call soon to set up delivery & installation because washing by hand is for the birds, lol! Catie amazes us more each day with what she does and say, we started keeping count of her words and she is up to a growing list of 42 words. Her latest favorite thing to do is climb on anything. We have found her on the kitchen table, the bathroom countertop, and the coffee table in the matter of split seconds. I taught wall rock climbing one summer so maybe it's in her blood. She has also figured out we own a Television and has shown interest in Sesame Street and Mr. Roger's Neighborhood. I wish Romper Room still existed, one of my childhood favs. Right now her favorite activities are pushing things around the house and collecting items, which of course she brings to you! Oh what a funny girl. I uploaded some pics of her cute face.
We had a great time at Wild Adventures, despite missing the waterpark due to rain. We'll just have to go back! Catie seemed ok about the rides we put her on. She was a trooper and did great even though she had no schedule for two days. I uploaded some pics of our weekend!
