Catie is almost 11.5 Months Old. Just a little over two weeks till her 1st Christmas!! We've begun our shoppping for family, friends, and various children we love. We're excited for Santa to come visit Catie this year! We have started the outdoor lights, put up our tree, and have been working on our Christmas cards. Catie has changed a lot since Thanksgiving. She says Da Da, Ma Ma, and understands a lot of words. She's enjoying walking behind her push toys, but not quite walking on her own yet. Catie eats everything we eat and usually feeds herself, which has made it very nice to eat as a family. Her eyes are a blue-hazel and her hair is getting longer and wavy. Oh she's just perfect!! LOL
We're back from visiting all our family & friends, this was by far one of the best trips up north we've had so far. We had a pretty relaxing time celebrating Cate's 1st Thanksgiving. She ate up turkey and all the fixings quite happily. The flights were quick and Cate was pretty good. We spent a lot of time with family enjoying Mike & Mimi's wedding, visiting both sides of our family, meeting our niece Sophia and briefly seeing our friends. It was neat to have all our friend's children play together, we look forward to them growing up together. We also shopped, ate out, relaxed, and Catie even sat on Santa's lap! We're looking forward to our families visiting us at the end of December for Catie's 1st Christmas and 1st Birthday. I uploaded a lot of pics of the good times we had. Oh and I turned 30, I'm taking it in stride...sigh.
Catie has a cousin and we're FINALLY an Aunt & Uncle!!! Sophia Regina was born Wednesday, November 9th at 4:19pm. She weighed 8lbs. 10oz. and measured 21inches long. We all can't wait to meet her at Thanksgiving!!
I added some new pics of Catie at 10.5 Months. She's still cruising and holding on to everything while she stands. Not sure enough to let go yet I guess...lol She's eating everything we eat and I don't think we'll buy anymore babyfood once we finish the jars this week. She has pretty much given up formula as well, so I guess we'll be done with that too. Oh Cate is going to become much cheaper to feed! We have a busy week and then we're off to Pittsburgh for the wedding and then Lancaster for Thanksgiving and to meet Sophia!! We're so excited and we hope Catie does well on the flights...lol
