Well, we've had a rough few days....All three of us seem to have gotten a cold while we were away. Perhaps it's due to the return to humidity and central air? Catie has been teething really bad and has been quite miserable. My sleep schedule is way off as you can tell by the fact that it's 4:13am and Chris is just plain wiped out from working. I attempted to grocery shop today with a screaming baby, doesn't work so I had to cut the trip short. I hope to get more done today since not much was accomplished yesterday. I hope Cate has a better day and her tooth comes all the way through soon. Our mower has officially gone kaput, but the boy next door cut, edged, and trimmed our yard so that was a good thing for today. It was worth the $, time, and a great way to avoid the heat. I think I'll catch a few zzzz's, oh and I loaded up a few more pics of Cate, plenty more to come...lol
Whew! We arrived home this evening and it sure does feel good. We had a great time visiting family and friends, but it's always nice to come home. Catie was so happy to bounce around in her Jumperoo, Wilson has been meowing nonstop, Zoey has been chasing Wilson, and Cooper has found his spot on the couch...ahhhhh life is back to normal. Chris & I are glad to have some time to just chill. So the trip was great, Cate flew just fine and was awesome in the car. She cut her first tooth about halfway and she had her 6 Month pictures take at Picture People. I'll post pics this week as I get time each day.
Here's the latest during our trip...Cate is officially a sitter and that is all she wants to do! Seriously, you move her and she's not happy, oh such a girl. LOL
We have been having a great time and Cate has been enjoying all the attention. The party on Sunday was HUGE, around 100 people coming and going, Cate was quite amused! She was so good and loves all the gifts she has received, thank you to everyone. Today we had a nice early morning breakfast and we're heading up to Granma's workplace (she's been dying to show off Cate). Tonight all of Chris' friends from highschool are coming to Kimmi & Matt's Barbeque just to see our little Miss Cate, oh my, she sure is spoiled! We'll keep you posted on the happenings, but we can't upload pics here, our card reader is at home...oh well you know we'll smother ya all later with them...LOL!
