Stories Cate is 10 weeks old and ready to be on the move! She's figured out the hand to mouth thing and now she's into rolling. Cate can get over to her side completely, but she's still has her one arm stuck...lol She even likes to sleep on her side and has outgrown her sleeping wedge. Oh our newborn is gone and a baby has arrived. Cate's just about too big for 0-3 month clothing and has now begun wearing her 3-6 month sleepers. She's just so long at 23.5 inches, that's almost 2 feet! So we're slowly packing away the little clothes and bringing out the next size. Cate still loves her play gym, swing, and is starting to like being on her tummy more. Oh she's just too cute, you can see for yourself in the pictures section!
Oh my goodness we can't believe Cate is 2 Months old. She had her 2 month appt. with Dr. Ellenberger yesterday and most of it went really well. I say most of it because Cate got her first series of shots, four total , two in each thigh muscle. OUCH! Well, our little love bug SCREAMED and I mean one of those blood curdling screams that you know someone is angry and in pain. Cate screamed for at least 10 minutes and then fell asleep. I know she's not feeling well. She's just sleeping, wanting to be held, and just plain fussy. She was 11 lbs. 13 oz. and 23.5 inches long. Cate surprised us all that she was so long and lanky because she eats all the time. Guess she just burns off those calories with all the "talking" she does!
