We are now at week 7 of Cate's life and she has found her voice. Cate is a screamer, screecher, squealer, cooer, squeaker, oh and a face maker!!! She "talks" while sleeping, eating, pooping, peeing, or just hanging out. As for the face making, she smiles a lot now and has many other expressions as well. She's been holding her head up pretty good and has started to enjoy tummy time. You can take a peek at her pictures to see what I mean...lol

Well , Cate has become 6 weeks old so fast. She's still happily beaming those blue eyes at us and even a few "not so nice" looks when she's hungry. Cate's quite the character! She tried some soupy rice cereal for the first time and I don't think she's so sure about it yet, we may have to wait on that a bit longer. Cate's slept through a few good nights and we're hoping this becomes a pattern so we can all get a full night's rest. Be sure to peek at the her latest poses and we finally got her birth picture online. She was a wiggly one right from the beginning as you will notice from her scratched up face...oh my.

Today Cate is 5 weeks old. She's begun smiling, screeching, squealing, and making faces at us! Cate loves to hear herself talk, kick with delight, and push her head up. She's growing and changing so much. Her newborn hair is thinning and we anxiously await to see what her hair color will be next. I added a few poses of our love bug.
