My suggestion for potty training. I trained Brendan in one long weekend.The only thing is you may want some help with the other kids so you can focus soley on one kid at a time or both twins. Everyone I know has used this method and it works!!

Having a few hard days and shedding lots of tears does not mean you are failing... you are an awesome mom! These first few months with a new baby (or two)are always hard and the way you feel is completely normal.
