2/9/11 - Yikes, the

2/9/11 - Yikes, the eye doctor in town was partially right. nbsp; nbsp;Jesse is far sighted and the eye crossing is due to the degree of farsightedness. nbsp; nbsp; nbsp;We went to the pediatric opthamologist today. nbsp; Dr. Gavin is great. nbsp; The office was wonderful and knew what to do with a 2 year old that was really not happy with being there. nbsp; Even the other moms in the waiting room were nice. nbsp; Jesse does have to get glasses. nbsp; He is farsighted with a +6.5 in both eyes.

1/30/10 - Glasses??

1/30/10 - Glasses?? nbsp; We went to the eye doctor in Columbus and were told that Jesse would need glasses. nbsp; He is farsighted with a +5.0 in both eyes. nbsp; He really did not like the drops to dialate his eyes and was not very cooperative. nbsp; He wanted nothing to do with picking out frames either. nbsp; Needless to say the appointment did not go very well and we were not real comfortable with the visit. nbsp; Think we are going to get a 2nd opinion.

9/26/10 - Happy Birthday!! nbsp; Wow, I can't believe that Jesse is 2. nbsp; In some ways it seems like yesterday we were waiting for him to be here. nbsp; He is doing well. nbsp; He nbsp;remembers everything. nbsp; He nbsp;is talking a little more each day. nbsp; He loves puzzles and playing trains or matchbox cars. nbsp; nbsp; nbsp;It is nbsp;hard nbsp; to believe that he was so tiny when we brought him home and nbsp;now he is running everywhere and quite the independant little guy. nbsp; nbsp

8/7/10 - We took Jesse to Stapps Circle S Ranch in Greensburg to see the tiger cubs Rocky and Jasmin. nbsp; This was the last week they would be able to be in contact with the public, they are now to old according to government guidelines. nbsp; He liked feeding the buffalo an ear of corn. nbsp; He was intrigued by the tigers but wouldn't touch one. nbsp; I thought their fur would be a lot nbsp;softer but it was a little course. nbsp; I really wish that the animals had more room and that their e
